RE: [Updated] EP Computer Benchmarking Powerboard
at least I beat my desktop that I had last year...

Edit: For what it's worth, when it wasn't running in Compatibility Mode - all tests run quicker - but it'll never finish on 7 so I can't do much about that..

This can be fixed with XP/Vista compatibility mode, but I notice it chokes one or two test performances badly.

You need the 32bit WM Encoder for PCMark.

And why did you completely remove XP? Same logic as what I said to trademark...

Firstly - I did install it.
Secondly - it came with Vista Premium - on the other partition.

Nah, your old score was more awesome.  I'm surprised you managed to get something so low and yet still complete the test (none of my old computers could complete the test. No pixel shader 2 and all sorts of other problems).

RE: [Updated] EP Computer Benchmarking Powerboard
Overclocked my integrated graphics 500MHz » 750MHz, and I'm doing this again to see how much difference it makes.

1627 » 2083, about 27% improvement.  But yeah, integrated is still integrated, still sucks donkey.

And for the results to be comparable, everyone needs to use the same settings.  But since wee never talked that over at the start, and also because wee have different monitor sizes, that's not happening.  So yeah, some people may have better results simply because they used easier settings.

This is the exact same system, no changes besides for reducing the screen resolution.
