what version of x264 are un using? I'm using r635. a different version could be causing it to not work.
Also, in MeGUI, go to tools-» setting-»program paths. and make sure all the paths are correct, if u didn't install using built in installer. Also, MeGUI doesn't seem to fetch the nero aac encoder for u, u have to do that urself.
