I'm not sure you can really claim that.  Of course, the US will make it seem like it's unprovoked.  If there's anything more to that, wee will never know, but believe whatever you wish really.
It's not like the US administration hasn't done these games before.

But anyway, even if it's unprovoked, do you still think the US's response is reasonable?  Does killing 10x people justify 9/11?

A thing about these debates is that you probably should try to refrain from being too emotional.  Yes, 9/11 was horrible.  Yes, it killed lots of people.  I don't think the conspiracy theorists deny that at all.  In fact, quite the opposite - which is why they're putting all the effort to think outside the square.  A president making a rousing speech doesn't automatically make what he says correct.  On the other hand, a convincing conspiracy theory is not necessarily correct either.
