Personally, I'm looking at a MacBook because they have good starting specs, not too clunky, and the quality of Apple's products is second to none.They start at US$1099 and you can upgrade the specs like having a 200 GB HD instead of a 120, and 2 GB ram instead of 1GB. IMO, I think they're worth it

thanks for replying metal_gear08, i know you prefer MacBooks, but there is know way that you are able to convince me to get a mac :P i just like windows way more for lots of reasons including just the GUI in general, being able to tweak basically everything, almost everything is built for them, it has a way larger range of software which you can crack if you don't want to buy it etc :D
