Nobody in this thread are hating. Just mentioning there are alternatives from speed-subs.

I mean more in general than people in this thread.

Translation quality - Should be good in most cases.  You can listen to random fags in random forums/IRC go on about how they have bad translation derp derp, but really, how many of these fags actually know any Japanese past some commonly used terms they randomly picked up while watching animes?  They are really in no position to judge how good translations are, and most of them are just hating.  (Put it this way, if they're all "pro" at Japanese, why the fuck are they watching fansubs?)  If CR's translators are getting paid real money, then they most likely do have the neccessary proffessional qualifications needed to be able to translate stuff properly, which I can't say about all fansub translators (especially for speedsubs).  And it's not like even the best fansub translations are always flawless either, if humans are involved, mistakes happen.

Speed - Should be faster than any speedsubs, they get their stuff directly from japanese companies before it actually airs.

Styling/Typesetting - Plain text.  But I personally don't care too much about that.  As long as I can read it clearly, good enough.

Video quality - Is shitty, but web streaming, so you expected that.  This is the only reason I myself don't watch stuff from CR, not any of the others.




And I guess that is also another reason why people hate it, (which I too think is pretty dumb).
