1) I really don't think anybody is stupid enough to pick something really bad, but I'll make sure to add it just in case.

2) If you're saying that whoever chooses each week should provide multiple themes for the people to choose one from, then absolutely not.  One theme each week.

3) Like with point #1, I'll add it just in case.

4) As long as I have the theme by the time the entry period starts, that's good with me.
