Oh, u'd be surprised how slack some people are. travelling a small distence can mean a life to them.

Our highschool (middleschool in US terms) has a mall like 100m away from it. and u can buy a bottle of coke for the price of a can of coke at the coke machine. But pretty much everyone still buys off the coke machine at school, because it's closer. And some people started a coke selling businesses where they buy heaps of coke from the mall, and sell it back at school for twice the price (still cheaper than the machine)

yeah, so that kind of stuff shows that the distance matters a lot.


Anyways, i could also imagine the sex shop having crowds of kids around it looking into the windows... overall, bad idea.
