LOL - yeah trademark. Let's just highjack this thread, as it is pointless anyway
And yeah - that was hilarious! DAX - vs Danial Seferin of PS3 News looooooooooool.
That was my all time favorite web brawl. Here is a quick blow by blow, for those who missed it.
PS3 News was being scumbags, not giving devs credit for their work, hex editing the credits on releases. Even bullying people around, posting anyone's real name and IP address who dare speak up against them. PS3 News was literally harassing devs right out of the scene..
Then he made the mistake of pissing off Team Wildc*rd, FreePlay, and DAX.
Seferin refused to stop hosting DAX's cfws, even after DAX asked nicely.
So DAX releases a hot new cfw, but with a warning.
"DO NOT MODIFY THIS INSTALLER IN ANY WAY, OR IT WILL BRICK YOUR PSP!"
So as you install this new cfw, it says "You must agree not to go to or support PS3 news. They are thieves. ect.. ect..." The installer also says Seferin would undoubtedly try to edit the warning out of the installer and cause mass bricks. It implored people to even report Seferin to the FBI !! looooooooooooool !!
So of course PS3 news tries to edit the warning out of the installer, and hosts it on their site. PS3 News caused hundreds, if not thousands of PSPs to brick. And you got to remember, back then, their was no Pandora.
So Seferin has thousands of people pissed at him, and starts getting harassing phone calls at his house. He tried threatening DAX and Wild C*rd with the cops. DAX egged his fans to continue.
He brought PS3 News to it's knees, begging for mercy ! LOL
After that, PS3 News posted sources, and stopped harassing people, editing credits, ect...
DAX totally PWNed him. It was funny as hell. At one point FreePlay actually did a dramatic reading of PS3 News public plea with DAX and Wild C*rd. Mocked the hell out of him. It was hilarious.
Those where the good old days in the PSP scene...
