animations added to system_plugin_fg will show up infront of everything,.

if you did add the butterfly animation to topmenu_plugin then that's cool i have't been able to add anything to topmenu_plugin except for the extra basetop and an animation in the main\XMB infobar,.

what i added to topmenu only shows up as a white box...so it is doinig something..but that white box is also displayed on top of the web browser!  and that otpmenu doesn't use my custom font, which I don't understand
