Homebrew Enabler? You mean the ChickHEN? No, you loose it after a full reboot. I mean full reboot, not sleep mode.

whoops.. sorry, it's called "custom firmware enabler"
just search for it on QJ.net.. it will flash (!) your psp3k so that the "CFW" remains.. you can play HB and IS*S.. and it will remain after a hardreset
