True, it's missing.

When he runs the 2.71 'update', it says he's running 5.55, but I'm pretty sure that could be changed in rcoedit. It's most likely a version-spoofed 5.00M33. Even funnier is how he doesn't even run a game that requires 5.55. If he really was on 5.55 CFW, then why not run a game that requires it and prove it's real?
