put in the win7 disk and boot up, go to repair startup or tools

click command line

type these (after each press enter)
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot

if it still doesn't work then do these command
bootrec /scanos
bootrec /rebuildbcd

then do the first 2 command again
