at the moment i still got the stock cpu cooler,. the V8 cooler Master is "i7 ready" but you still have to order a extra mounting bracket at coller masters website,. its not included in the package,. ;p
Once i got the v8 i def set clock speed to 3.0 or 3.2,.. realluy don't want to damage the cpu,..
(and i don't want to read 10 pages overclocking stuff,. how to srew -up your cpu,. and by that i mean How v1 will screw-up his cpu haha,. because i "prob/most likely" would,. )
