utorrent upload speed
So, my upload speed is 2544kbps which is around 318 kBps, but my upload speed is always around 93 kBps no matter if there are 100 peers and 3 seeds. Download is fine about 1.5Mbps but upload won't go higher. I did the tcpip.sys hack, which helped DL speed, but its kinda hard to keep a good ratio when i DL at 1mbps then seed at 90kBps. I tried messing around with the settings, set it to the 2Mbit one, changed max halfopen to 50, still doesn't help. So can anyone here help? Oh yeah i don't have any active firewall so it can't be that.

Isp isn't throttled. Glasnost got 1846kbps upload.
Spoiler for throttle thingy:
Is BitTorrent traffic on a well-known BitTorrent port (6881) throttled?

* The BitTorrent upload (seeding) worked. Our tool was successful in uploading data using the BitTorrent protocol.

* There's no indication that your ISP rate limits your BitTorrent uploads. In our tests a TCP upload achieved minimal 839 Kbps while a BitTorrent upload achieved maximal 1846 Kbps. You can find details here.

* The BitTorrent download worked. Our tool was successful in downloading data using the BitTorrent protocol.

* There's no indication that your ISP rate limits your BitTorrent downloads. In our tests a TCP download achieved minimal 1962 Kbps while a BitTorrent download achieved maximal 1988 Kbps. You can find details here.

Is BitTorrent traffic on a non-standard BitTorrent port (10009) throttled?

* The BitTorrent upload (seeding) worked. Our tool was successful in uploading data using the BitTorrent protocol.

* There's no indication that your ISP rate limits all downloads at port 6881. In our test, a TCP download on a BitTorrent port achieved at least 1962 Kbps while a TCP download on a non-BitTorrent port achieved at least 1887 Kbps. You can find details here.
