this is very out dated thread, there are much better ways of soft modding for ps2.  Check it out- http://bootleg.sksapps.com/tutorials/fmc...guide.html

Don't waste your money on a memor when you can turn you memory card into one ;)

Then you can patch your burn PS2 games with ESR Patcher and use ESR loader to load the game, without swaping
