i had just hacked my psp (i  used  to lurk around -hacks. oh the shame...) and i saw a video on youtube of someone who had edited "the rco files on the psp's flash"  whatever the hell they  are. so  i googled "rco editing tool" and it came up with EP. i lurked for a few days until i managed my semi-bricking streak (27 semi-bricks in a week) and then decided to register. asked for help, and then left, not to return until one day after school i was bored. i couldn't think of anything to do on the internet  so i looked through my  history  and  remembered that i had an account here and decided to post a few posts.
