It really does depend on what arbitrary line you choose to view life at.  Is it life at four-cell division?  At eight cells?  Or at the point where it can reasonably sustain its own life outside of a womb?  At eighteen weeks, a fetus will not survive, can it be considered alive?

I sense continued bickering ahead.  Thread submitted for termination, is the motion seconded?

Not seconded... too simple, too boring. I suggest you suggest it because the discussion is over your head or because you simply don't like active discussion. That is just a suggestion though.

Brittany, what I was going to say is that anyone who's been pregnant or has had someone very close to them be pregnant would think you were crazy to say that there is no life inside the womb. Just from my personal experience when my mom was pregnant with my brothers, I know for sure that they're alive.

And Grrl, I see what you're saying. Also, Slushba, don't mess with her, she'll kick you in the balls through the internet.

What your saying is 100% true. But to the MIND of the pregnant one... Its very different the
things they are thinking and go though would be a million times off then those of the son or daughter that
has already been birthed. But you are right. I can not disagree with what you have said.

Brittany, you're driving me crazy with the cirle-talk. First, you say there is no life inside the womb, then you say you can't disagree that my brothers were alive before they were born? Make up your mind.

Also, if you need any evidence of the mind of the woman carrying the child, just ask my mom. :P
