time may move faster in space, but you have to remember that if you take a simple analog clock into space, the clock will actually not move faster, as it simply is a machine that shows the time. so the time on it would be the same as on where you set it. i.e. if you have a analog clock with you and travel overseas, the time doesn't change automatically. so basically, in space, the clock's hands will not move faster, but just stay the same as normal.
but good theory though :P

Honestly I don't think time travel is possible.
I've read a few basic physics books and they all usually say something that you can't travel backwards in time, move faster than light, etc.
@Ben,
a clock that is moving at near lightspeed will slow down (if you're moving at a slower speed or stopped) even if its analog.
Remembers, its all relative.
