Exactly the same thing. Yeah, PS3 will be gone, but it's be replaced by something better. so there is always "something" around.

Anyways, u already have 360 and a Wii. That's more than enough. U can pretty much do what the PS3 can do (most at least) on ur x360 and Wii instead, so it's really not worth the money IMO.

i agree - unless the ps3 had some killer games i won't even consider it at its current price point. it would have to be lower than £200 to be in with a chance of competing with the 360 AND its game library. unfortunatly this will be a long way off so i see sony pulling out the market, it has happened before to big companies who made the mistake of great hardware - shame about the games.

I really prefer my PS3 to my 360, but I still play 360 more cause most of my friends only have a 360. When it comes to being by myself, I go PS3 most of the time. I haven't touched my Wii in 2 months. If you aren't counting virtual console games as playing the Wii, I haven't played any Wii games in about 6 months. It really is a disappointment to me right now. I can't wait till early Nov till early Dec for DBZBT3 and SSBB. Other than those two games, the Wii has nothing that is getting me excited. I am hoping No More Heroes will turn into a good Wii game. Until then, I will continue to let my friends borrow my Wii.

mmm in the US as far as i no all ps3s are backward compatable but for some stoopid reason the european version of the 40gb one is not backward compatable and wnt even play dvds... only ps3 games and blu-ray disk! idk y they didnt make the european 1 backward compatable though... stoopid $ony! but the 60gb 1 is!
