topmenu_icon 3.71 issue (automatic repositioning itself)

i use vshmain prx editor to set the values of main icon position in the middle ie (zero) i set the values also on old rco to 0(zero) but when i restart my psp it always position on the leftside and when i try press the optionbar it goes to the middle....

how would i fixed this?
