Okay so I download this program and this keygen
and this Crack.exe
and this runme.bat

And before I know it the antivirus is flipping out it's like

HEY MENG THIS STUFF IS DANGEROUS! D:

Like I know there are a lot of false positives so I allowed some of the stuff and went through most of the install process but eventually I get to the point where it want's to put this DLL with this strange donkey name in my syswow64 directory and that I'm just not okay with....

SO In the end I chicken out and nuked the entire directory with my antivirus software...
but I guess I want to ask about peoples experiences installing pirated stuff (if wee can... )

At what point do you know that the pirated software you're installing is legit or not legit? Do you take the risk, or do you back out in the end? Any stories of stuff that wasn't legit and all the malware it put on your computer?

ive never had any experiences with cracks containing malwares if I recall correctly ...

what application are you trying to crack ?

I run it in sandbox first and check for weird processes.

well I was running it in the sandbox and the installer and everything seemed normal lol but I chickened out after it wanted to put like anhnxasdkfjle.dll in my system directory.

I'm not sure if I can speak the name of the program I was cracking for legal/site rule reasons
