Well I got to work today, loaded up my computer and started outlook.
I continued to talk to my coworkers.
I looked back at the outlook and I had a message in the jeffre folder.
I said double you tee eff! She's my ex that ripped my heart out and stompped on it.
I haven't seen her for over a year, and haven't talked to her for about 4 months (random little texts here and there)
anyways here's the email
   Hi Aj,
  I have been meaning to contact you.  This is a genuine approach, I am not trying to mess up anything you might have going on with someone. I just really miss your company... and it sucks, because its not as easy to be friends with someone you dated. I hurt you alot when wee were together and I will FOREVER feel sorry about the things I did to you. I wish wee would have stayed friends! Because I miss smoking with you and being able to talk about random things.  I am not asking you back as a boyfriend, I just want your friendship, I see you like family, Its really hard to explain but I just hope I hear from you soon, to atleast know you are ok.

If you have a girlfriend right now, the idea of an ex popping up from nowhere could cause her to feel slightly insecure. Whether it would or not though.. I wouldn't even risk it.

No harm being nice in response, be honest and Im sure she'll understand if she's being honest with the way she contacted you.

If she knows you are seeing someone, I'd be very careful... The fastest way for a chick to fall in love with you is knowing she can't have you that way. People need to have what they can't get. So ether way I don't see anything good coming from this, but you would know best.
