looking for a part
Im trying to rebuild a Dell SmartStep 200n. I have (painstakingly) obtained all of the parts except for the motherboard (model # 7t533). Does anyone have an extra lying around, or at least know a place where i can buy one for less than $100? (kinda on a budget here...) I checked Ebay and a few other sites, found a few links, like this one, but theyre either out of stock or look questionable (bad experiences on ebay). Any ideas?

RE: looking for a part
Might be worth contacting Parts People and asking when they might have one next.

RE: looking for a part
what's the story of this rebuild? bought a dead one intending to fix it? given to you? already owned and died on you?

with a laptop that old... it might not be worth fixing...

RE: looking for a part
Add 256MB RAM and it should still fare reasonably against some netbooks.

But for the motherboard, I dunno - laptop parts like those aren't the easiest to find...

bought a dead one, realized most components were broken, replaced everything using the skeletons of my friends' old broken laptops. Now all i need is a motherboard.
