try making the edges softer, just not the focal point, in this case the flower.

this was my other idea. I haven't really worked on it a lot.

like erasing the edges with a really low opacity eraser to blend things in more, kind of focus everything on the flower in the center

By the way i like the second idea too, would like to see how it turns out.

i usually take 30-45 minutes, but when i really try i take 2+ hours, but i can't draw :/
