[idea]flash drive psp

[idea]flash drive psp
ok so i had an idea because i got one of these connectors [Image: 06-15-08_1553.jpg]and i plugged in my flash drive [Image: 06-15-08_1552.jpg]i was thinking maybe there was a way to make a driver that could make it read the flash drive because it maybe could save some people money so that it could be used as an additional harddrive

It would be rather difficult...
You would have to write the driver in a format that the psp can understand and the bad thing about usb is that only two pins are used for data so you would have to tell it when the pinouts are saying what...also most flash drives aren't self powered so using it with the fat is imediately out of the question

I won't say it's impossible or try to discourage you from doing it (I have some crazy ideas too) but I will say good luck, and it will be difficult

lol i dunno i was giving the idea to developers i posted it on -hacks and here and im posting it on site i know of that have alot of developers cause maybe someone would like to give it a shot
