I just try to install 1.50 kernel in 3.90 m33-3 when the kernel is for 3.93 cfw and it works sweets 3.90 m33-3 with 3.93 cfw kernel just posting who want to stick in 3.90 m33-3 but with 1.50 kernel add on for 3.93 cfw

It may work sweet, but remember like Shizzy said.. DAX provides specifc fixes for the 1.50 kernel.

For example, 1.50 kernel v2 allows you to use 8GB cards in 1.50 homebrew. It may or may not be included in this kernel addon.

But, if those fixes prove useless to you, meh...

yeah but i like it and i don't have 8 gb memory stick so the 8gb patch is not important to me im just like experimenting
