Phones are for texting/phone calls. Not for touch screens and music. If you want something that has a touch screen and/or music, you should get a tablet PC or a PDA. iPhones just aren't worth the money for that stuff alone.

Just get the classic fliptop phone. Unless the iPhone is really cheap, in which case, get it.

there is no point in going against the crowd just because it likes something

example:
Everyone loves iphone, so I will buy one = sheep
Everyone hates iphone, so I will go out of my way to not buy = sheep
