Jumper problem
every time i turn on my computer i need to move jumper from pins 1-2 to pins 2-3 for 15 seconds and then return the jumper to pins 1-2 after it opens

get a new cmos battery or check for bios update or reset defaults and try again?

Your CMOS batt. is either dead or you screwed around in the BIOS and that profile has become the default profile. Go into BIOS reset to factory defaults (press F7, if I am not mistaken), save and exit...

Also, don't screw around with things you can't fix dude.
