Psp screen Darker
it is an application idea I had
sometimes the screen is too bright even at the lowest setting
so is there an app that will apply a black mask over whatever is currently running on psp to make it appear darker?
or is there a way to lower the back light even more without shutting off the screen completely?
if there is an app like this, link please?
if not how would one do this?
is it possible

RE: Psp screen Darker
BC mod:
http://endlessparadigm.com/upload/BC.zip
(keep pressing L+screen brightness)
Works in homebrew/games too. Been using it for ages :P
Thing I don't like about it is the progressive brightening/dimming (but you might like it) and I don't like how it always sets the PSP to max brightness by default.

RE: Psp screen Darker
You stick the PRX in the right folder, add it to the XMB/Pops/Games text file, and activate in recovery...

RE: Psp screen Darker
I use custom firmware extender..it has 99 values of brightness..but mostly it visibly only changes every 10 steps...but it can get very low..good for playing games for long times in bed :)
limneosgreen Wrote:Take my advice, don't try to install custom themes ... it's possible to brick ur psp.. why just don't change wallpaper

RE: Psp screen Darker
Current version or older ones? From memory, the current version is only for the Slim...
