^^Can't really do that, but, looking at the fact that pixel shaders are being used to replace CPUs in non-graphics processing...
Generally, stuff is sent to the Graphics card through DirectX or OpenGL, neither of which the PS2 uses, so sending commands without an emulation layer is impossible. The PC's graphics card will speed things up, but the PC's CPU has to do a whole load of translation... in some cases, Graphics card optimizations conflict, meaning that the CPU may have to render then entire thing.

with CUDA you can run the entire emulator without stressint the CPU at all as it functions as a coprocessor. yeah ur right to, but if some skilled game programmers who know everything about using the GPU were to make a ps2 emu it would be blazing fast imo
