Well,

If he has lots of programs running, closing all the processes will take some time.

But yeah, that "some time" is likely to be numbered in seconds, not 20 minutes. So he would need a _LOT_ of programs.

His brother's hershey kisses being idle in the HDD will do nothing to slow down the shutdown.


If it really takes 20 mins to shutdown, i don't know :neutral: maybe some system process screwed up?
