That's how I did it. I kind of recommend it since it allows you to system restore back if you don't like the upgrade. Dunno if upgrading from an ISO allows this, and I'm sure a clean install would be a bit less janky.

So, I was right. Did a clean install and I think I'm in love. Only thing gone wonky are the NTFS permissions on my music folder, so now I'm gonna have to take care of that. Other than that, everything's going rather smoothly.
