Not so fond of the first one but the second one is pretty good. Don't think the heart needs to fade at the bottom.

Well, I needed something to put her Name on, The only thing that came to my mind was that heart, Also, since the Right Low Corner was the one with most space, I decided to place it there.

Do you suggest a better location?

The first one needs to be blended or at least thrown into a blender. The background combined with the low quality C4D makes it hard to look at along with the painfully stroked font. If you actually did use a C4D and not just a stock photo you found on GI then I think it's safe to say that you're improving.

The second one seems like you half-assed(heh) the signature with low quality brushes. If not for the fantastic render this would be considered poo poo in my eyes...just really hard to say with that donkey in the way =3
