pimpmypsp and pspfreak101 have released busy circle mod. That's the little circle you see on the right bottom of your screen when your psp is loading or saving something. You now can customize it. He has tested it out on Dark_AleX's 3.03 OE-C but he thinks it should work on 3.10 OE.
