remove system_plugin_bg.rco because you are using one from previous firmware and your psp is crashing because it i slooking for pagedata info for the new original wave, which the old files do not have.  the only way it will work is if you change your wave type to classic without that file, then put it on, which is NOT a good way of doing things and I hate that people at console spot are suggesting people do it...

use highboys tool instead!
