I'm using win7.

I did this before on winxp and no problem.

I have a different idea. Have you ever heard of XBMC ? A skin perhaps ? Something with a coverflow like in iTunes but with regular updates when games are released. Maybe with a "Transfer to PSP" button to copy the ISO/CSO/PBP to the PSP.

For example:
