I've have recently been going kinda crazy with downloading and I'm starting to wonder..... is it still safe to be doing..... the last thing i want is to be caught doing so and i would like some advice on whether it is a good option at the moment......

there was a thing on the news a few nights ago where a 15 year old kid from cardiff got caught torrenting a copy of test drive unlimited. his family got sued  for £650 when the game only costs about £15. Atari's lawyes say it was because the game was made available to others that justifies such a big amount of money to be sued for.
