I think that like the big master (Dark_Alex) said..it's not a full 1.50..so if I reflash 1.50 and then go to m33 maybe that it can be solved..sure I've the black version of Side xmb..my theme is too old :P

Hi make sure your homebrew folder are sorted accordingly GAME150, GAME271, GAME3xx and Game. Each homebrew sould be in a specific folder based on your firmware settings and wich kernel they use. Then try it again. If that doesn't work, I rather suggest you to downgrade to 1.50 , try homebrew and then upgrade. Gook luck.
