It took over 15 layers to archive the background effect. I know it could have been done with an easier method. I didn't plan the final result I just kept trying new effects, filters, and applications, and ended up with this.
I can't see something in my mind and then just make it, it's all experimenting till I'm happy (or sick of working on it) with it.
