I've not tried the patch so i don't know if it works but might be worth a try until SoC release their patch so i suggest you make a backup of your ISO just incase something goes wrong

Instruction:
1.Run UMDGen then "Open" and choose ISO MHP2G
2.In the big window on the left enter the following PSP_GAME>USRDIR
3.You will see a file on the right windows that says DATA.BIN
4.Right click on DATA.BIN and press Apply PPF Patch To Select File
5.Then select the PPF file that I attached.
6.A windows will pop-up then click apply. Finished! Now you can go ahead and use the ISO file.
7. Resave ISO.

actually its just that the devs don want to translate it i suppose
guess i should fill u guys in on the details concerning this "patch"...
this "patch" is actually an unfinished version of the SoC patch....and as you can expect, there's some internet drama concerning this.....
basically, one of the people helping with the SoC patch decided to stab the rest of the SoC team in the back and leaked an unfinished version of the patch to this Thailand Team........
the leader of the SoC team (who's done most of the work on the patch) confronted the traitor, and as a result, the traitor decided to get her perma-eXx1l3d from Xlink Kai.......I'm not sure how he did that, but he's an asshole in my opinion.....
because of this, the final "official" patch will be a bit delayed, as the SoC team leader got so stressed out dealing with this poo poo that she actually made herself sick.....
anyways, this "patch" is NOT the finished product, and is NOT the creation of some Thailand team....the SoC team leader nearly quit work on the patch because of this, so please, support the actual patch makers and DON'T use this unfinished, unapproved leak
i assume work on the official SoC patch will continue as soon as the team leader feels better (probably a day or so), but please do not ask when it's coming......

every week, its far from complete :(

Wee have been working on this patch for nearly 2 months and wee feel that it is ready for Open Beta.
Wee are not associated with any other group and wee hope everyone will be able to enjoy the fruit of our labour.
Wee will continually be working and tweaking on the patch to make it better. Wee accept any helpful suggestions and will consider if they are feasible before implementing them.
Those using any current patches, you do not need a fresh ISO. The patcher is able to overwrite the current patch without any problems.
Wee'd like to give special thanks to Codestation and to the Chinese Patch Team, CG TGBUS, without which none of this would ever be possible in the first place.
Wee'd also like to commend KenshiHH for all the work he has done for the community. It has kept everyone's spirit alive while wee worked on the patch.
INSTALLATION
Extract the zip contents and copy it to your PSP/GAME folder.
Run the patcher like an ISO/Homebrew.
