what software you use for that efffect?

photoshop cs2 that was about 40 layers and this  time im using my tablet

@vinrose67, it's not an effect. Vectors are hand made, in illustrator, Photoshop, and some others. I have use karbon.

you can get a Vector like effect from Filters, though. It won't be anything like a classic handmade vector, but for those who just can't do it!

thanks x1 i just recently bought a tablet so i thought id try something difficult in this pic i screwed up the nose i fixed it but im too lazy to upload right now
