would be a modchipping service.
but if i act fast i might be able to get super smash bros brawl as im going back to malaysia in a short while.

maybe there is a language thing, with japanese and english language.
and the firmware because there are different firmware types for every region. Anyway ill google it in the meantime.

Twilight princess hack will not allow you to play backups (you ARE only using burned media fer backups, yes?), but it will allow you to install homebrew apps and the VC games.  Used it several times, its win.

don't want to play backups, jus want to play region lockeds

Yeah, you can load VC games, but one thing to keep in mind, Nintendo can see you have the game on yer Wii, but show no purchase info, they could crack down if it gets too far out of hand.  Also, supposedly they have this magic hammer waiting to be slipped in a future firmware update that will shut all of this down, no telling what it may do to yer system.  I'm using it, but I'm keeping a close watch on the scene, seeing if anyone hears rumors of anything.

i don't have a network in my home, good luck spying on my Wii...
