alright. Updating. Surprisingly, Update Manager did not pick this up! I had to refresh the repositories!

+1. I just ordered the CD to be mailed for the hell of it.. And because of the fact that I have no blanks to burn the ISO to.
Don't need to burn it, mount it in poweriso or something and run the installer it runs in windows.
rite.. seems like I am the only one who installed it already!..

its nice! nice! comes with some nice graphical effects and stuff. FF3 Beta 5 in included. generally a bit faster.. but I notices a few minor glitches, so am expecting a few updates real soon. (although it can be on my part. Will tweak around a bit!)
I think there a few bugs persisting. Some old programs are crashing. Don't know about error scripts. Initial boot up was very slow. But I can attribute that to First Time Boot-Up sequence. One glitch I note is that the tool bars show static lines when flipping the cube. Lower the opacity to near transparent and observe.

I just used the Live CD to recover files from a NTFS partition.

Its looks pretty good and runs just fine.

double you tee eff! I rebooted into ubuntu after sometime in XP and now everything is messed up! My resolution is 640*480, despite my card being recognized! Everything is UGLY! well at least its working. So I can try and fix watever is wrong.

this is bad... it takes around 15 mins to boot up... and then display is as stated... double you tee eff..
