Smoking, let's see...
Quote:In Australia (if you're not reading this from Australia, just use your own country name here), tobacco is one of the two legal drugs.  Not surprisingly, it is the cause of about 80% (or whatever number seems big enough to you) of cases of lung cancer, and causes the highest number of deaths amongst deaths caused by drugs (actually I think alcohol is, but meh).  Smoking has sparked many controversial debates over the past decades (hehehe).  These include the legality of the drug, restrictive policies and e=mc2

Shakespeare once wrote: "To-bacco, or not to-bacco" (or was it "to be, or not to be"?, meh, doesn't matter).  Thus wee can trace the origins of smoking back to centuries ago (not talking about smoked meat and the likes).
Thus, on a legality standpoint, tobacco has always been legal, and still is.  And with Shakespeare's backup, it should always be legal.

The Government has introduced policies aimed at restricting the use tobacco, including heavy taxes on cigarettes, and laws about non-smoking areas.  Using the economic supply and demand model, one can conclude that the price of cigarettes are fairly inelastic, thus Government taxes DOES NOT stop the usage of tobacco (but does earn the Government a tidy profit).  As for non-smoking areas, having non-smoking and smoking areas of a restaurant is like having urinating and non-urinating sections in a swimming pool.  In other words, the whole concept is absurd.

Lastly, Einstein smoked.  Einstein is smart, so I guess that suggests something?  He came up with the famous e=mc2 formula, which, can evidently, be applied to smoking.  If wee were to use a 20g cigarette in a nuclear device, it would produce around 6000kJ of energy - enough to power a house for a day.  Sure beats coal.  Thus smoking is good, as it provides an excellent source of energy, and also solves the Global Warming crisis poo poo.

Conclusion: smoking is purely ethical and good for society - the people who say it is bad have clearly been brainwashed by the Government's propagandist education policies.  So when will you be buying your next packet of smokes?

PS: I am NOT being paid $500.01 by a tobacco firm to write this.
Well, that wasn't 4 pages...  Just write with larger text, big spaces and add as many adjectives and adverbs in there as you can, and it should do.

Probably explains why I never got an A for English... >_>
Zinga, sir, you are a genius.
