I mas walkin around the house with a weather thermometer and I found out that due the fact that my PC is on 24-7 spewing hot gases from all the open vents, my room is around 3 degrees C warmer than the rest of the house..
holy hell !! Its hot in rest of the house! No wonder its blistering here!
Try turning your computer off and it will be cooler in your room.

Nah. Just get 2 of those things where they staple your stomach.
You will get thinner, hence loosing more fat. The fat which helps warm you.
So it CAN help you feel colder.
get a keyhole say and cut a hole in the wall then duct all the hotness from your case into the wall. Your room will be cooler. Also shut all your heat vents in the room. Open a window.
