I know that a more general theme would have been better (Fighting games) since not everybody likes mortal kombat and wouldnt want to make something based on something they dislike.

i was considering that, but this way I'll have more themes for more weeks of competition... if i generalize, i will lose ideas sooner, this way i can make a week of say, street fighter and soul calibur...
