You can buy 2.5 » 3.5 HDD adapters that plug into your IDE cable,
But your going to need a male pin header to bridge the gap between the 2 female sockets as that HDD does not have the standard male header,

ok, status report,
I'm currently working on a new way of powering the arcos. my first ideo was to use the 3.3v rail of my psu but i didn't want to mess with the psu. so, what I've done is use an old mobile phone charger which gives 400ma at 5v and a resistor to bring the voltage down to 3.3v. so far I've been unsuccessful because as the load current varies (as the archos works or hdd access etc.) the voltage varies with it and it keeps freezing. so either i need a more beefy source of power or a voltage regulator. I'm leaving it for the moment because the solder fumes are getting to me.
