The speech bubbles seem to be called displaytextlocal.png and displaytextremote.png

They seem to be resized dynamically depending on the text

Although I can't really recall where the other colored bubbles are shown.

Yepyep I got that much, I just need to know what to add to a skin file to make chat views available for it, nothing more...
