Some members may have noticed this. It seems that Free Hostia's doing a lot of upgrades or changes or something. It's either down, or pages take ages to load:

I've not been here long, so I haven't noticed.
If you want, have a go with byethost.com. It's free, and the service is great (3 SQL DB's, automatic installers, FTP, high speed, etc), but no-one has really heard of it.
If you submit your details on the site, they'll e-mail you if you've been successful. It's more of a request than a registration. Don't worry, though, they accept anything.
Also, there's no lost password or lost username feature, and your username will be really random like 'b_0843840' so make sure you keep hold of your acceptance e-mail.

it got a lil faster in the last few days though. i remember seeing "page could not be found" many times before but now its gone =]
@pj1115: Thanks for the info. Actually, I'm moving to a paid server so hopefully, things'll be better. I did check ByetHost before I signed up here, but from what I could gather FreeHostia was better.
Actually, I've never had problems with FreeHostia until recently... :(
