How can I change the transperence of the submenü icons and the icons of the picture with hex editing??

what you want to make it more see through or something? cause there is no way i know of other that editing all the pics in PS

You could also try changing the Alpha value in the page data for the respective images.  Never tried, so have no idea if it works.

If you want to make it solid black, your best chance is to firstly check the image in Photoshop to see if it's transparent or not.

hmm i have flashed a original sony topmenu_icon with the same icons and voila the main icons was black but i have no idea why

You are really confusing me :s So you wanted to make them transparent..........then you want to make them black..........

And now you just said you changed the topmenu_icon and that doesn't have nothing to do with music icons ( folders and numbers)

you have to extract the images then photoshop it
